First venture into the dark side
« on: September 30, 2011, 09:44 PM »
Well my eldest wanted a NS freestyler / park bike and Peter J came to the rescue with the offer of a We the people Volta, a nice little road trip to meet him in a dodgy car park  :LolLolLolLol: and the deal was done, it's like new and the lad is over the moon, the only thing is I can't get on with it at all  ;D where's the seat gone and why is the steering sooooooooo relaxed, any how thanks again pete  :daumenhoch:

Sorry peter....  ;)

It was a tactical dismount because no one else had ordered an Ambulance and I didn’t want to break the tradition  >:D

Nice to meet you Jon......now get yourself and your nipper to a lock in  :daumenhoch:
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

Griff, just use Rich Clean's bike next time he's not muff diving off the Caymen Islands or whatever he does - he spends more than half the night smoking and talking mate, so the bike just sits there. I had it for about 15mins before e noticed last weekend..... >:D :2funny:

Just find a bike you can ride and modify it to what you need - it doesn't have to be an out the box NS, look at the midschoolers at the Boardroom and even the freaks who modify their oldschool bikes mate........ you should have a go on mine next time :daumenhoch:

Oh, like Pete says Curtispro Jon, get your backside down to a meeting bud and we'll take care of you (but I already said that  before mate) :coolsmiley:
Still limping......

let's see if I can sell some bits and I might start shopping for someone else's unwanted xmas presents  ;D

for now gonna hang on to the grips and those bars I had off you for a bit in case I end up getting a F&F instead of a complete (that way I can offend the new-schoolers by having non era-correct old school bars  ;D)
