If you follow the link just scroll down untill you see the track layout, download Autodesk Design Review, install it and then save the dwf file. In Design Review you will be able to open up the drawing rotate it and extract dimensions which will print on screen. Its the third straight that has been redesigned with corner alteration on 1st 2nd and 4th. 4th is a complete redesign.
