Just asked Mark at Alans Bmx if they can get a 2012 Om and he said that he doesnt know if anyone will take on the SE brand in the UK and that until someone does there will be no SE bikes!!  :wtf:

I have emailed Todd Lyons at SE to see if I can get any sense out of him...but he'll be in bed now!

Jai knows all about it as the SE team has been binned as well... you cant have a factory team without any bikes....

Sad Times...

:LolLolLolLol: Lets not get into the whole Se is poo thing!

I actually have emailed Todd lyons now to see what he says, he's always been quite responsive before. Fuji emailed me to tell me that they hopefully have got something lined up for the UK but they can't tell me what as it is a secret!  ;D This is hilarious now! I guess this is how big business runs...cut off your supplier just as the new lines of bikes are due out !!

Someone must know whats going on?  :Great_Britain:

Shiner felt that SE were not moving forward enough with there
dirt and street range and thats where the volume is so they
decided not to continue importing them, sad for both parties
with the long long history they have of working togther

agree - though maybe not tat... just that there is a very limited market for it... trying telling 9-15 yr olds that
a retro Quad/Ripper is cool compared to the latest Verde/FIT/Subrosa etc etc....

Don't forget SE is mainly a fixie manufacturer now...
Some could say BMX almost turned into a side business, even if the "BMX fan base" is still big..

The redline completes have stood out for the last few seasons on value for money  - probably the only bikes that would take a season of racing without having to replace anything.

Guess you now have to pay for that reliability!
