Ammaco Freestyle Pro, revisited
« on: October 13, 2011, 05:32 PM »
When I got back into the OS scene a couple of years ago, the plan was to get my old bike back from bitd.  I found the frame & forks on eBay, powdered its sorry looking ass in white and did the white and black combo thing on a budget, but it never quite sat right with me as it didn't have the stock components I had when I bought it from a big cycle warehouse in Sale.

So I decided on a change a few months back.  Always fancied doing a black and chrome colourway, and was lucky enough to dib some gorgeous Pro Class.  That started me off looking for the other stock components, and it is now about 90% as it came in the box (a few upgrades).  Complete with some of Dels custom chrome decals

So here's my 1985 Ammaco Freestyle Pro, hope you like...

Ammaco Freestyle Pro Frame/forks
Pro Class rims, Phil Wood hubs
Hsin Lung CW style bars
Sugino stem
Dia Compe MX1000's
Dyna Viscount seat
MX seatclamp
Sugino OPC
Sugino chainwheel
Shimano SX
Powerdisc
Ame's

Cheers for the comments guys, loved this as soon as it came back from the paintshop.

Paddy, you're not far off.  Alvaston Park in derby, right next to the National BMX track  :daumenhoch:
