COMPLETE BIKE WEIGHTS
« on: October 12, 2011, 08:57 PM »
I am curious to know if anybody knows how much their 80's freestyler weighs'my bike is nearly complete and i would like to weigh it out of curiosity when its done as i have tried to use the lightest components where possible.I would also like a benchmark figure in case i make any tweaks in the future. It would be fantastic to have some figures from other bikes of the era to compare mine to.Im only interested in the weight of freestylers,i would like to know which F+F you have and whether it runs mags or spoked wheels please if poss.Ill stick mine up in next couple of days as soon as i can get a figure!DONT BE SHY!this should also settle the long running haro/gt verbal weight battle into the bargain!!!

I know its not old school, but I am, so for comparison, my 1999/2000 Haro Mirra 540 weighs in at 16st.9!!!!

it is a freestyler though, just needs one to steer, and one to pedal!!!

(realistically, its about 30lb, dry)
