I have a giant lighter about 6" in hight and it's like a well known lighter - in fact i put in the tittle "big lighter like a well know lighter" - i never said it was a zippo, i never said the word zippo at all - it looks like a zippo but doesn't say zippo on it any where !

so what happens when i put on ebay ! gets taken off within one day of being on

cos they say it infringes rights of zippo

so how can they take it off just cos it looks like a well known lighter if i haven't even said the name of it as zippo

now you have a bmx that has skyway in the tittle and has decals as a skyway, but is not and he still gets away with it

porcshe for sale - well it drove past one once - how would that sound
