Ok, well I made some big claims about beating Glover at Bullwell and had to eat a bit of humble pie, as well as a some of the track when i crashed ...

However I was out lapdancing until 4:00 am Sat Morning and then glover pursuaded ,me to go on the piss again Sat night and then woke me up at 4:30 am sunday ,morning, so I recon his master plan paid off ....

I am living in the gym this week and staying off the fags booz and gear, so watch it glover this time Frank ""Jono"" Spencer is gunning for you ..

Well it is tuesday, so it must be time for the banter to start !!

BTW, you got a great snap in the final at Bullwell, but what good is that if you forget to pedal between the first and second doubles .......

Well done for beating me, remeber how it feels cus it aint happening again !!

well go on then
firstly you spent all week in the gym you spent £300 on pils and protein drinks
secondly if you remember i was drinking with you on sat night and i got up at the same time as you
so you cant use that lame excuse

so the facts are you go to the gym every day (i dont ) you take all sorts of sports tablets (i dont)
you keep falling of your bike (i some times do)

the thing is i can beat you without going to the gym and without all the other things
so as i get fitter and lose some weight you will never beat me

sorry to hit you with that bomb shell dude

Hmmmmm , well there may be some logic in your responce, however we both know Jamie, that you will never get your Lazy fat arse in the gym, You cant go a single day without having at least 4 beers,

So tell me when exactly are you going to get fitter and faster

Now about all that business of you not pedaling between the first and the second doubles -

May be you should swith to this bike, no need to pedal at all

Thinking of clipping in, ... After all I slipped my pedals in every race except one , its no wonder I was behind you, , either that or Ill take you up on the idea of taping my shoes to my pedals with that gaffer tape in your van !!

Yeah I tried out this kids clips at Bristol and forgot to ask how to unclip, there I am cruisng the track and everyone is watching me, and laughing as they know I forgot to find out how to unclip, I cruise up to everyone stop and realise my feet are glused to the pedals and keel over like a domino .......
