Do the anodised black hutch headlocks polish up? Ive started stripping mine but the alloy underneath looks really dull.

They do polish up but tarnish quite quickly, they're magnesium.

I done one for one of my bikes and within a week of fitting it it started to dull (different to regular alloy, almost brownie silver).
If there's air in the tyres... it's a rider

Magnesium will polish up well, but tarnishes quickly though too...

I have a Titron clamp and headset lock on this that was show polished then clear coated, but in my opinion needs another going over......
