Feeling Fast ............. Watch out Glover ................

Well,  I have been in the gym for about 1.5 hours most nights since Rotherham, and I have been doing the Charles Bronson thing,  between 300 - 1000 press ups per night !!

I am feeling fast so watch out Glover .....  I am going to tear you apart in Nottingham this sunday .... 

Now if I can just stay out of the pub this weekend, my masterplan will be complete,

1. you will leave work around 5.30 and you will head for the pub
2. you will start with a martini then go on to jack daniels by around 7ish you will be starting to feel pi**ed
3. you will carry on necking jd for a few hours ,then its of to find a lady of the night
4. you will wake up on sat morning of to the clinic for the normal saturday check up

5. sunday you are fu*ked
