I have seen these used on seatposts before and in peoples collections they had them listed a seatpost pads too. They do look like early goose pads tho.

Not a gyro cover.
TA's shipped as a F&F so potentially they could have had a gooseneck fitted.

Flyte made BMX pads for both doubleclamp stems and goosenecks and you didn't have to have a Skyway to buy them

. I can't believe anyone would think it is for anything else other than a gooseneck stem

As I said it does look like a gooseneck, just I've never seen anyone build a skyway with one!!! Someone now has to pick up the gauntlet and build one
