Yeah wasnt a bad price.  still only a pro racer though, they dont fetch much more than that usually .. few gone through here for 250 odd

real hollywood fetches a lot more .. never understood why as they are just pro racers .. mind you so are pro stars  ???

So whats the  difference in a hollywood and a pro racer apart from the pink ???

There were some Hollywood's that had the seat stays meeting the top tube below the centre line of the top tube where as the Pro Racer's were centre to centre(hope that makes sense).

i read about this the other day and someone mentioned that the hollywood was just a pink/lilac pro racer.if the serial numbers dont differ then whats the problem spraying a pro racer pink and calling it a hollywood,same with the pro star,anyone shed more light on this??

Yes,there were Hollywoods about with centre to centre tubes.There's even an official Hutch advert with this kind of frame featured,so ,yea,whats the difference?? totally agree.
