I'm surprised no one has noticed that the two wheels seem to be different sizes!  I think that makes it look different to the other bike. If you ask me the rear triangle looks the same. But the frot triangle is a bit shorter. Which would be explained if they done several lengths of top tube. I think the wheels make it look even more different from the other picture. The seat tube is defiantly shorter though!
