Skyway flat pedals - Anyone know how to build them?!

Just picked up a pair that were 'running nice and smooth' and they're far from it, any ideas?
These one;

correct me if i'm wrong,but i dont think they've got any bearings,just spin in a greased axle???

Yeah they didn't use bearings from what I remember to

That's a start, thanks guys. I can see an allen key at the end so I'll undo that for starters and see what happens. 

Are they any good?!

top notch pedals, try warming them up with a hairdryer, the grease might have just hardened, I did it with mine

does'nt work with hair straightners though

obviously fooked, so i'll swap them for some Suntour XC2's

Erm, I'll think about it.

another thing to look out for is one of the allen key bolts is left hand thread
