that zds had it mate    and as the ruler says u should have taken the free wheel of before you cut the spokes .....

If you try and straighten that front hub you'll run the risk of fracturing or stressing the metal unless you relief the metal first with heat.....but it takes practice doing it on thin alloy

And that sprocket is going to be a sod to remove on a high flange Hub.................unless you have the tools

Truly gutted about the rim being split and i would love to fix it but i will just keep my eyes open for a spare one

as for the freewheel i will get it off as a mate of mine has a handy little vice type clamp and has done it before
i was just being mega lazy as usual

A freewheel remover is a great purchase, and they are very cheap.
First you will need to build the hub into a wheel though. Thankfully it's a high flange hub and you can get the spokes past the freewheel though.

Don't have to go nuts getting all the spokes tight though, a slack build will do to hold the hub still while you wind of the freewheel.

If you dont have a freewheel tool, and the freewheel is expendable, just crush it in a vice and turn the hub off it.
Still need to build up the wheel though!
The hubs are soft, so vicing the hub could squish it.

as they are acs hubs i will get it dont right as said above 
not worth fooking up when they can be saved

Gutted for yer mate    thats the sort of thing that would happen to me not a good day is it for wheel resto them white skys too

It's luck that it has showed up now and not after they have been rebuilt and ready to go on a bike

well have a check of the other one and see what that is like

Wanted add is up and waiting

i think it was hidden when it was laced up and tight and when i looked over them originally they just looked like they had a few deep scrapes
also as z rims are made with 3 joins i also thought at first it was one of the joins untill they came out of the dish washer then 

fingers crossed another will appear
the rear is sweet as so at least i have one and 2 large flange acs hubs
