That doesn't look bad TBH, not gonna be a mega set of wheels, but they are sealed bearing, and the tyres look to be ok.

I'd rather have these than the BMXcity £70 set, which look good, and are cracking value, but are only semi sealed. (prolite)

If you ride hard, and alot, your money would be better spent going towards a much better set up, but if you just do a bit like most on here, you should be fine.
