Zima Frame and Forks
« on: September 10, 2011, 11:00 AM »
This was my friends bike Dan Wright bike  he had it custom built for him in the 90s......no one had seen it for like 15 then it showed up in my friends shop Cooper Cycles  in portsmouth so i had to get it...looking to get this rechromed as it very dull in places and flaking off wich is a shame but will look great when finished......http://s1235.photobucket.com/albums/ff425/whatquid/Zima%20Frame%201994/

F&F Weight: Do you really need to know?

Its got to be around the 10 lbs mark
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

Harris has or had one for sure , he also had some nifty 95 spoke wheels ( personally I think he should donate them to me ) :coolsmiley:

Can't believe the forks are in one piece still, the two people I know that had one, destroyed them

a few of my friends had the forks, i know of about three pairs that are floating around now, Denis Wingham has still got his ones and they stright which for him is strange..haha but i know that mr hitcher had a nasty off with a set of them, i suppose its like anything realy if you give it enough abuse there gonna go but compaired to the rubbish that was going around at the time they were so much stronger...i have never herd of a frame being broken........

Hi there, sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I couldn't work out how to start a new thread.

I've got a zima frame and extended forks in good condition for sale. PM me with offers or find me on LFGSS. I think it's number 32 but can't remember and the paint covers the numbers a bit. Hopefully someone can find a good home for this, it's been unused for a long time.

To sell stuff on RADBMX you need to get yourself a site supporter tag, decide on the price you want ( not pm offers ) then list it in the 'for sale' section.

Thats the way it works on here  :daumenhoch: just an advance warning before your post gets deleted  :police:
