i'm building up a looptail ripper and i'm looking at wheels for it. i'm wanting to go top end with this build. which wheels are better araya 7x or ukai's
i know the ukai's are era correct but not to sure about the 7x's. any advice welcome. thanks.

Hi,When I was growing up Ukai was the same to Araya as OGK was to Skyway. Good but, not the best. I'd go with Araya

thanks lads thats the advise i was after. looks like it's going to be araya's 7x's. i would go for tuffs but i put them on my master and i think race bikes look better with spoked wheels, mind you i've just spotted a set of pro class rims on e-bay,mmmmm!!

sometimes i wish i had gotten into a cheaper hobby like restoring classic aston martins or offshore power boat racing..
