Mine was an ammaco and was a gift from sue Jarvis and fully loaded.
Winnie wright and I swapped parts and upgraded parts from the Jarvis cave..we had the same f&f and they were 
Sold mine to a comi chef at a hotel I work at for £50.. Gutted

i sold my robbo pro in 1988 for £50,it was a wreck tho with alot of shite parts by the time id parted out all the blue  anno high end parts that it came with when i bought it in 85

Sold my gen 1 Haro for 40 quid in 1990, hadn't used it since 85

Frame was cracked and i put master stickers on cos i wanted a master when they came out... 

Did a proper shit job of the stickers, wonky as fook.... 

I'd gladly give 40 quid for it back...

Bought my Redline Prostyler of Geth Shooter after he stopped racing it, the frame was longer in the front end than the PL20 and sold it to Andy White who is now one of the guitarists in the Kaiser Chiefs.... so I'm told

Loved that bike, although it was a freestyler I had some belting races on it

My last bike was my factory GT Pro and I gave it to my cousin who was still racing at the time.  He still has it and is restoring it.

Mine was an Ammaco too.  Freestyle Pro with Pro Class but swapped it for a Curtis with the framestand cut off

Don't think I'll ever get that ammaco as a build,but I have got my first love back.
My mum bought me a puch invader. Not the best Bmx, but all she could afford and I loved it. Going to be a nice build to do. I know it's not a bling bling build, it'll be nice to bring her back to life

Pooch, the low budget "first bmx" builds are where a lot of us gave gone recently bud as the high-end stuff is done to death! Currently building an Ammaco 202 myself which was my first bike, but these are hard to get right as the crap components were first into the landfill in the 80's!

My Last bike in the 80s was a Skyway ta most of it being chrome i was even running cmc rims with chrome hubs and spokes which was unusual then as everyone had tuffs........Grew up with an evil little Toad named Toady he was in and out of borstal from primary school 

Anyways his parents had thrown him out of the house and i let him live in my garden shed used to give him his dinner etc.........weeks went by and he asked me for a loan of my bike "The TA" to cycle to another town to see his burd....i reluctantly let him........i never saw it again ..........or him.............when i finally got hold of him he told me he had sold it to some kid on the street he didnt even know for .....wait for it £6.00........what a fookwit..........i was very weary of him at 16 as he had a really bad rep...really bad........anyways when i was 18 i was walking down our town centre bit drunk at 2am with a mate of mine cooney he was 21 and 6ft 6" lol and out jumps Toady.........He starts... give me money!!!....give me fags!!!....i tell him to fook off he grabs me .........and......i flipped "think the Ta was still on my mind" anyways i boot the living crap outa him lol leave him on the ground all bloodied he staggers to his feet and grabs big cooney lmao big cooney who was wearing a lovely leather jacket screams at me.......get him off me....help me ....i say FFS Cooney twat him.....if you cant twat him im leaving you were your standing.........so i left him as he was always going on and on about how hard he was etc etc.

next day i meet big cooney (the hard man)........were is your jacket? ....that Toady took it  Bloody big drink a pi$$  lol


I have never met or ever will someone like Toady he was a one man crime wave...........my first day at school with him ......on the way home he asked me if i would like a corneto.....yes please i say....it was very hot....next thing this 5yo kid "Toady" runs into our local co-op dives head first into their freezer grabs 3 cornetos in each hand and just runs outa the store shouting run Tommy run 

Man some of the other stuff i stopped him doing was unbeleivable.... you wouldnt beleive me if i told you ...... you name it this guy was bad to the core

His step dad used to joke...when Toady was a baby he went in to check on him in his crib and the devil was leaning over Toady and little Toady had his little hand in the devils pocket stealing his wallet 

Anyways young Toady at the grand old age of 30 died of a herion overdose
