Anyone know anything about these opc's?

Looking for a set for my build  ;), did they come in different lengths?

Not sure on lengths I got some 170mm last year from someone on here, they were in vg condition and I think I paid £35 for them. Check the forsale section Im sure there were some on not long ago.

Yeah, saw the ones on the bay and missed 'em  :idiot2:

Cannot find any for sale elsewhere at the moment though, looking for 170 or 175's preferably  :daumenhoch:

Both Takagi and Sugino made these for Tioga...
I don't know if that might have something to do with the years they were commissioned or the sizes or neither of these things ::) ;D
They're quite distinctive as they have almost triangular shaped arms (x2 flat inside edges with a curved front edge).
Originally came with one decal and they're absolutely bullet proof.

There's also a tubular Taskforce Crank which I think was made by SR (possibly the same as Cromo / Cosmo Lite).
Hope that helps ;)

Yesss....thems the ones  :daumenhoch:   thanks for the pics  ;)

The shape of them is the reason that I want a set, love a nice bit of design, me  :)....and I remember them being well thought of BITD....

Need a set urgently though as I really want to get this build done. May have to go with something else 'til a set of these turn up  :(

Nothing exciting or earth shattering I'm afraid, just an 'umble aero reflex, typical newbie build or so it seems....but I like it  ;D

Trying to use mostly decent quality period nos parts (with a few exceptions)...building it as a rider, but would like to start with a bike that looks brand new and am using parts that I remember as being the ones I lusted after bitd.... :daumenhoch:

Sounds like a good way to go. Aero Reflex is beautifully made bit of kit.
I hope you got the original forks, I think they're Reynolds made :coolsmiley:

Pretty sure the forks are original...yeah it looks like a decent frame alright, nice welds and a great design, remember it from the magazines when I was a kid and when it came to the point where I realised I wanted to build a bmx the reflex was one of the first things I searched for.  :)
