poor turnout from the oldschoolers but still some top class racing.man that was hot today.i think we had about 46 riders in total so was'nt a bad turnout.all racing dips in the summer due to holidays etc so we're not to down hearted.great to see a few new faces,think aaron saturley made a fantastic debut and mixed it up straight away.also little warlock done well with a "little" coaching from dad.
air ram ran great all day and seems like everyone loved it.many thanks to the east kent crew for there constant watering of the track.certainly kept the dust down and bedded in the surface.
moment of the day was watching one of the locals dad crying with pride as his boy received his trophy.fantastic.cheers mark buxton for the trophys.little katie has'nt let go of hers yet and is taking it to school tommorow.its all about putting smiles on faces at the end of the day.top day.justin.

The next round is 9th July. I'm sure the East Kent guys have booked another bout of blinding weather and this time a few more of the crusties that post on here will be there to enjoy it. Whatever though it's always a good day out. Humps

Gonna be on the injured list for the whole season. Went back to the hospital today and they X rayed again and found a broken Scaphoid (base of the thumb and into the hand). Now in plaster for 12 weeks, if that doesn't heal they're gonna operate and then I've got 4 weeks physio after that. Can't drive in the meantime.

That is really bad news mate. Get well as soon as possible and take it easy, don't try to come back too soon and risk injuring it again.

Sorry to hear that Chris , we are missing you already. Hopefully the rest of you out there can make it on July 9th. Get Well soon Muttley. Meddle and Kev hope the holidays are going well, will Maisy and Altai strengthen the girls group on July 9?
Buckmore Bat will hopefully tell the firm to poke it that weekend and Region 11 will reappear too.
