Thought to have a look about for a Tange hot heart. Tapped it in and one came up on the bay.. And it states ET kuwi replica.. Why drill the frame out?? It is what it is and it's  ...

Saw that myself and thought exactly the same. Getting tired of looking at piss poor "ET replica's" now. They are starting to take the shine off the originals for me

I got an nos one with the right forks about 6 months ago for £200 - there's pics of it finished in tech and restoration....

There were some NOS Hi-Ten or Trimoly (or whatever they are) Hot Hearts going for £200.00 a while back.
Danny DJL or Craig craigcurbow will have the details on these or there's a few good threads over on BW.

bmxaddicts had a NOS Chrome full Cr-Mo version on ebay and I think that went for something like £400.00

I nearly had one once till some one went around my back and told the seller he could get more on ebay - cheers butter nuts who ever you were

I know thats why every now and again he lets one go on Ebid, i did try and get more from him but he's very stubborn and says im not letting anymore go.

he put those prices on there after he'd sold out.  he offered his last couple to me,  any that were slightly damaged/scratched he offered out at £150 for f&f - i gave a few people his details and the last few went,  i don't think he'll have anymore.....
