stupid question time
« on: August 24, 2011, 09:46 AM »
i have a pair of Fishbone sealed 48 hubs and some Sun Big City rims to lace em to.......now i've fooked about trying to work out what size spokes i need and in the end i took em round to my local shop to do instead (yeah it'll cost me £40 but hey ho) anyways, they've called this morning saying that they don't think they'll work using a 4x pattern and said they would rather do them 3x.

now i know fook all about lacing 48's but will doing them 3x make any diference?

Shouldn't make much difference to them, there are 48 of the fookers after all  :D
