needs some work to put back to original condition but its worth it as u don't see many mk1's come up for sale often!

you dont see them come up for sale very often, its a little bit expensive considering the work needed to put it right but i can only see the mk1's going up in value and u get to repaint and decal it the way u want

if i had the money spare id have it :daumenhoch:

The frame number is quite low but it doesnt look like a MK1 to me  ???

alex i thought it might be a mk3 because of the seatstay tubes but it has the mk1 double dropout and the flat brake bridges joining the seatstay and chainstays together but then it also has mk3 decals ??? ???

The main main thing that the mk1s had were the thinner rear stays. The brake and BB bridge changed a few times, and the mk 2 Holmes still had double dropouts. Im not totally sure if the mk3 Holmes ever had double dropouts ..... but I think this frame answers that

must be a real early mk3 then, i bought my original mk3 in march of 93 iirc and it had 1 piece dropouts, round brake and bb bridges and had the john holmes ruler decals fitted
