HELP: WHO ORDERED SOME RAD MAGS AND RECEIVED SOMETHING ELSE??

It's just that I received 2x RAD mags from 1987 today, together with something that only the sender could know about??? 

Who ordered them, who sent them? I do have a name(on packet), not sure if I should post it on here though.

It is an odd situation. I have orderedlots of bits so not sure if someone has just sent the wrong bit to the wrong person?!
