Drangonfly Submachine Gun UPDATE 14/08/11
« on: August 09, 2011, 03:47 PM »
Picked up from Stu at MK for my lad that had a nasty 2010 GT vertigo. So using the veritigo as a donor bike built this up for him today, with his help, few problems ensued such as i also got a sweet set of chrome GT forks with no star nut, figured i could whip the one out of the vertigo forks, but no the one in the vertigo was welded in so the forks are staying in the shed for a while.and the vertigo forks are on there. Also the vertigo ran twin cables down the top tube to the rear brake, but the other frame had a hanger for one, so had make a sort of london mod type thing to get the rear brake to run off the two cables we already had, the bars a re a bit naff and he refuses to have his seat any higher than that, but im not bothered at least he's not out tearing around the streets on his Haro pro XL race bike, showing off to all the local theiving scum.

Cheers fella, its not a complete abomination like i thought it would be, still got to get him a black or purple saddle and a front AD990 and he's lost his set of stunt pegs and sort out the star nut on the pac man forks, then it'll be there i reckon

The Dragonfly looks sort of Funky but I like it.

Think Dragonfly made quality Flatland Frames and products in the late 90's.

Keep doin' it Brother. L

It'll look better once the chrome forks and chrome bars are on it, couldnt fit the forks as had no star nut :(

Tidy job!

I like how chunky it looks - Always liked Dragonfly stuff.
