You should be able to pop out the loose-ball cups (which can be a frikkin nightmare) and find a suitably lengthed collared axle, measure up for sealed bearings and you're away - done it to Peregrine hubs, but some of em need a tinker in a machine shop to widen were the axle goes through. Then again prolly just might as well buy some sealed hubs
It's getting the axle collar distance measurements as well that's a pain.....
