i wasn't slating the seller, as i said he had a result (although he classed them as "original 80's" which is a bit of a stretch)

It was more the buyer that was willing to pay twice the going rate

Definately correct in your assumptions, mid-school is anything after 87 I think (or 85 in my eyes).
