new project on the go now finished
« on: June 25, 2011, 03:22 PM »

bought this last week for my daughter whos 7 soon she wanted a race bike so this come up and i got it thought it wasnt bad £175 for a redline flight with crupi chainring and spare set of tyres
but she had her heart set on a different colour bike so hopefully with the help of the dynamic duo on here it will be pimped in a couple of weeks time and will look totally different

im not  sure on what gearing i should have on it the gearing has been changed from the original spec  if someone could shed some light on this that would be great
for now it will be just be ridden round the streets park and forest and bits of braintree track as she needs a bit more confidence but im sure that will come
im hoping next year she will do some club races   i havent and wont push her into it shes wanted to do it which is great
im happy just wobbling around at weekends with her  :smitten:

here it is all finished and well chuffed with the result  :daumenhoch:

thanks to del and superbike dan again  :4_17_5:

35-14 for the track or 35-15 for just general riding around should be spot on  :)
