Are the Skyway pro pads only really suitable for the Skyway Tuff's or are they fine for any rim?

Rider or show?

Not a show piece really, will have the odd ride on it.

Dont get me wrong though its not a POS, the rims are virtually new!

Got them on all my race builds (all spoke wheels) as they look the nut's, the only complaint is they don't always line up too good as the fins hit the caliper ::)

Lots of racers used normal Skyway pads back in the day, Andy Ruffell, Craig Schofield to name a couple, today I think people just use them on builds because they are good looking and add a little sexiness to the overall look. As for stopping power they'll be fine, but considering how rare they are becoming, who would want to use 'em?  :idiot2:

from memory they were made by Kool Stop for skyway, Koolstop also sold them under there own name but i think they were just tan but with a choice un colour of fins  :daumenhoch:
the tan ones were for alloy rims although as said above the coloured skyway version work just as well on alloys  :daumenhoch:
