Can you help, a dia tech headset, i have a bout  1 mm play in the headset,even when its tightened to the max,and grinding the bearings. is there something i can do to loose the play without over tightning.................................please help as i need to ride this weekend :D

are all parts correct especially the fork seat if any are mixed different seating possitions can mess around with being to tight or to loose
