I'd like to venture down there at some point... but have never set foot on a track before.

Keen to learn some of the tricks of the trade... maybe

lots of people go there, mike from dialled bikes, terry green and some other memebers off of here.

ck flash runs training sessions on non-national saturdays, he'll put you through your paces.

The best person to contact is tracy on bmxtalk for info on when everyone will be there.

Could I get some directions to the track please, I'm coming from Forest Hill. I'm just completing my Mongoose Californian and can't wait to get back on a track!

As soon as I've got all the bits together to complete the bike, I'll be down there like a shot!

Are there any quiet times that I could come down an practice, just to learn the lines of the track and improve my fitness? It's been over 15 years since I've been on a BMX track.

Nice one James... let me know when you're thinking of heading down there.

I often drive past the track during the week... and check out the riders, if any. It's very quiet at these times... not sure about the weekends.

Would love to see the goose... if nothing else.
