unless you are doing loads of miles get and built and ride it - alloy skyways will be fine with new bearings and regrease.  Do not sell it will water the build down, unless you need the cash.  :-\

No don't need the cash. Just thinking new skyways would be more robust.... These ones are nearly 30 years old.......

Got the frame and forks and the bars back from the chromers today. I started to put it together. Stil la few bits missing. I know some of you (most) will hate the new bits, but financial restraints have made it necessary.

Very pretty build, mate..... BUT how fooking annoying are those chainstay standers that your bike (and my Aero Reflex) has?

Nice use of repop parts...  I would run a rear cable through the potts mod though.

Ask Del if he has any Custom Decals in Red to finish her off :daumenhoch:

nice clean build , personaly i like builds that are "different" and you dont see many red Rickmans  :coolsmiley:

I did think about running the cable thru. But had a front and rear pair. Might get another rear and do it. God idea about the decals. Message sending to del time.  :)
