....at the moment. Scored this rare beast on the bay. Got carried away and didnt take photos before stripdown!

Tioga / Tange Rhino 3 which was stickered up as a Falcon.

Well made , lovely bit of kit the Tioga frames

I do expect them to be always wearing these decals though but they've had a few guises

I've become de-sensitised to those snake-pipe seats, there may be one present but my mind blanks it out

I saved this pic from the ebay listing.
Anyone know if there was a Tange Falcon Pro made for general release? I know the Falcon Pro Team used Tange Tioga Rhino frames.
I'm wondering if it's potentially a piece of UK BMX history

I dont think it was a genuine release as a Tange Falcon Pro.

The Falcon Pro badges that were on the downtube and head seemed like they were definately stuck on there as an after, i could just tell.

Anyone know what those mag wheels are? They were quite heavy, no markings (from what i could see), very plasticky.

That gold MX and yellow DC cable (i guess it has tech 3 gold lever too) does not look right on there. I reckon you should trade for my chrome setup

Haha. Its looks spot on in the flesh man.....although i am not 100% on the yellow cable yet, might have to have a black one one!

The lever is a 2 tone gold/chrome shimano sx.

Yeah i was thing the GT. Gonna get it in the sunlight and make a decision.

Hopefully got some Skyway pro pads with cooling fins coming mate.

FYI that bike you have there was definitely sold as a Falcon. I had one as a kid. Looks like Tioga made the frameset and then they rebranded it. Nothing to do with the Falcon Pro though I believe as when i was younger I never really understood what I had as I never saw another one or my bike advertised. The Falcon Pro never even looked liked mine. I dont think i would have noticed as a kid either if i saw the Tange Rhino advert that it was identical to my Falcon. Good detective work there. At least it has solved a question with me too.
