twin pinch refers to two bolts on the top of the crank arm as opposed to the older ones that hada single bolt, i thinkand if they are modern flights then no, by the time you've paid postage and possibly incurred the wrath of customs, it'd be cheaper to go to winstanleys http://www.winstanleysbmx.com/product/26057/Redline_Flight_Cranks
