Any one here collect Falcon stuff?

Most of them was utter tosh (just like the burners) but then they also had their top end stuff and a factory team some of them world champions. so this stuff must figure in some ones collection or has falcon so far been over looked?

Check this thread-

http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php'topic=1065.0

I recently picked up a Falcon Omega.

I know what you mean about most of them being tosh though- I have a vivid memory of those catalogue Falcon bmx's with horrendous hard plastic grips.

If someone really does want a bottom of the range Falcon, I might be able to point them in the right direction.

I heard a rumour BITD that the Falcon team used to race Hutch and other frames that were just de-badged, as the Falcon bikes were just a load of crap.

No? Surely not??

Next you will be telling us that the Raleigh team didn't race Burners out of the Nottingham works and that factory riders rode custom made bikes and not the ones you could buy in the shops!!! ;D ;D ;)

Funny you should say thay!

My cousin has a factory raleigh Burner that was built for Mike Rivierre, it is in his loft and I keep pestering him to let me have it. (I know he'll back down soon - its doin nuttin in the loft after all!)

It looks NOTHING like a Raleigh Burner! LOL

I'll try to get a few pics, and dimentions if I can get it down from his loft - it really is nothing like any Raleigh made bike.

:D
