Nice! Good to have choices - I'd go with a Trails area - although it'd be good to have a track, 9/10 the locals re-dig the jumps and turn 'em into trails anyway :)

I assume he means Trails...not trials.

Trails is okay for trails riders.

Track for everyone?

trails would be best, but its very hard to keep them up and running, especially with kids running over them, unless they were all made into tabletops, pump track would prob be the easiest to maintain and isnt too intimidating for younger riders

Race track for me! Racing is going to really blow up next year! Shanaze will be a household name and it'll be like the 80's again!

Just a good old set of four Tabletops in a row with the last one with hips to each side.

That would be rideable by everyone and variations could be learnt with out falling down a massive gap.

Keep the faith. L

Mark is talking about this:-

http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php'topic=123902.msg1191876#msg1191876

so its more than a mud area that kids can dig as you can see, I would love to see a full size race track but think a pump track is a good option also

I proper like the look of the second pump track.

The one with the 3 way table top in the middle, great for jumping either way.

I agree with Robotnik tho. The brick hip would have to be a world class replica of the Broady Banks / Humps before it even comes anywhere near to making up for the destruction of the Broady Banks.

The council sold the inner city BMX/Skate scene down the river at the whim of the poxy new Art Gallery.

For all those voting for a pump track or race track, we already have a few of those in Nottingham, if you choose not to go to them that is fine.

However we do not have a dirt jump track and this might be our option. Please vote for proper jumps.

Pump tracks, Bulwell, one just outside of Notts centre forget the name, and a couple in Derby again the names escape me, but close enough to be Notts.

Bestwood and Hemlockstone are mountain biker trails, tire marks in lips and rocky. I'm happy on a mtb their but not reeally suited to a bmx.

It'd be nice to have a legal place of BMX dirt jumps.
