Looks very nice but don't know much about Haro's, is it worth it?

I know Robin. Thats his original 83 freestyler he bought in Cali back in the heyday. He has been trying to build it for god knows how long and as you can tell, the parts arent up for grabs every day. He also has a lot of other nice stuff thats he is digging out.

It would be a great build, '83 Haro freestyler with most bits to build as the freestyle moves bike.
