Anybody trade on eBay as "Monarch74"
« on: May 09, 2011, 11:50 AM »
Is this anyone on here? Here's the add......

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250816238089&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123#ht_1011wt_1139

Just curious as to why they're saying this bike has been theirs since the mid 90's when I was riding it for the last few years then gave it a full resto last year before selling it to Matt (Goose0148) on here who then sold it to his mate Darren KAP who then sold it under this post......

http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php'topic=122940.0

The strange thing about this hobby is that I always remember the bikes that I've had, restored and sold, even down to having to cut the decals around the external headstube gusset, let alone the Ammaco Freestyler forks and unusual black headset........ :yahoo_silent:

Someone else on here spotted this and when they started asking questions, suddenly the answers stopped coming, so why lie about it's past.......... >:(

Please feel free to justify the lies if you are a member on here :daumenhoch:

trying to make a quick buck from an unsuspecting buyer. report the item as fraudulent.

looks like they'll have an ammaco freestyler for sale soon, judging by the feedback

Feck - it just completed at £142.  I would have paid that!

"Winning bidder must pay within 1 hour of the end of auction through paypal otherwise item shall be relisted"

I dont recal reading that policy in eBays standard T&Cs..

Yeah, my original post has a link to the original thread Darren.

If it sold for £142 then fine as I would have wanted £175 posted for the f&f as the right price. I sold the whole bike with new Tuffs & DC brakes for £350 delivered remember!

At least no one got ripped off which was my worry, so the lies were pointless!

Honesty is the adherence to the facts and sincerity. To perform honestly would be: to tell the truth, to be able to be trustworthy, to not cheat and to be true to yourself.

God bless ebay for allowing the world to become their very own Arthur Daley from the behind comfort of their keyboard :D

If it sold for £142.00 less ebay's 10% = £127.80 less paypal's 3.4% = £123.45 Nett........there or there abouts :coolsmiley:

He should have just bought himself a site supporters tag.....and sold it on here :daumenhoch:

.......oh, and be honest with his listing on here of course ;)........otherwise he would have been exposed as a lying fraudulent cheat  ;D
