late entry:

MT RACING SILVER FOX 1984

A mate wanted a bmx again and found this down a dump, asked me if i could sort it out for him to ride.
This was in a right state when i got it and we stripped it down in the rain (hence no pic's before hand - fool  ::) I said i will get it ready for him to ride
I started to see that it could be some thing sweet - grease and dirt removed and the chrome was ok under it - polished it to death and got lucky with being able to leave the original decal on there - said he wanted mags and also some grippy pedals (hence not originals, but will replace them now)
To cut a long story short it turn out very sweet and most original parts - i showed him and he loved it - he still had to pay for the parts, but i gave him free labour - two months later and he still hadn't paid - phoned him and he went off like a three year old having a paddy - he told me to go f**k myself and i could have the bike back to pay for the parts - i still don't know why he went off, money - bills - wife ? i just don't know, i guess was he spent too much on other things and had burned himself
Well the bike turn up at my place - he never spoke to me again ?
I had enjoyed building this bike and was sorry to let it go - it came back - true love  :smitten:

it just goes to show that you can build a bike on a budget - just clean and restore the original parts and add a couple of things to bring it up to a sweet ride - it doesn't have to be a grail of a bmx - the cheap one's that we started off on can be just as good as the big stuff and enjoyed just as well  8)

cheers B  ;)

cheap, sweet and hard to beat - MT RACING SIVER FOX 84'

yeah man... need at least 5 votes  :-[

gonna have to go with what I committed to before I saw them all  ::) but Robbos Master, Bretts DP and Berts Trickstar are all

but I think Snav's Quad should win a 'Spirit of RAD' Special prize for what it represents  :4_17_5:

Torn.....

So many honies.....

My teen dream that is Gaz's DB Pro Large  :smitten:

The white elegance of Peeps' DP FB  :buck2:

The simple, clean lines of Carl's '70s build  8)

The memories that Bendycat's MT Fox evokes  :daumenhoch:

Night Rider proving that you CAN polish a turd

But for me, the winner is Snav... because it is RAD's BOTM, not just Snav's. A stunning testament to the beauty of OSBMX and the spirit of the RAD community.  :4_17_5:
