Anyone had any experience of these ?

Had a bike picked up yesterday booked through P4D using DHL 24 hour delivery.

Package picked up yesterday 4-45,checked for weight etc and left depot at 6-03.

Since then nothing.

Missus was out on school run this morning so they may have come then,but left no note.

Been someone here all day since,P4D tracking says nothing since last night,DHL tracking number i have been given doesnt work on the website

Starting to get worried

I have used them loads and never had a problem

They are currently been taken over by another company as we speek and are having a few issues

I used em recently ,, they were bang on

but the same happened with me a tried to log in what I thought was the tracking number ,, but was infact the order ref number , I actually recieved the tracking number by email invoice I think..That one worked .

Did you get it sent 24 hour delivery then , I take it and not 48 hr ,, you expecting it too soon possibly ?

Is there not a helpline/contact number $:-\$

Yeah it was the 24 hour option cost £12

Emailed P4D and just had a reply:

Hi

Your parcel should be delivered Thursday

Not fooking 24 hour then is it

Hopefully will turn up tomorrow

I use them at least twice a week (sometimes more) and never have had a problem yet....... $:-\$

Just a tip on paying extra for the 24 hour delivery, I was told by two seperate drivers not to bother as it makes no difference in the likelihood of your parcel arriving quicker.

....just pay the normal flat rate and ask the driver to tick the "24" hour box on the label he sticks on the parcel - job done

Right at the mo - DHL have been taken over and are now called Yodal - gone are the good courier drivers that took care with your parcel and said hello to you

this is nothing to do with P4D (Helen & Laura are very nice girls that try to help out with any probs ) they are finding it just as hard as the rest of the courier sites now that DHL/Yodal have change - using cheap labour from other country (i'm not being Racist here)

pack your items well and tight - the new courier drivers don't take as much care as they use to

i have been let down 3 times by the drivers not finding the house and not calling the phone number left - when speaking to P4D they can't do much more than pass on the info as they are just the brokers

book out items on the 48 hour deliverly as it take the same time as the 24 hour one (was told this by steve the old driver )

P4D are a very good company and i trust them having sent out 50 + parcels - it is to do with DHL/Yodal that is currently letting down the system
