Below you should find all the information you need for rounds 3 & 4 of the National series at Dagenham on 21st and 22nd May

Team Area:
ALL BC Affiliated Teams have been contacted for gazebo bookings. The team area will be just outside the track enclosure but very close to the main entrance and the pens.
Club Gazebo booking:
Clubs are to be given priority of track side space; the cost for gazebo space is £5.00 per 3mx3m area. (Set by BC) To book club space please email the following information to badbmxgazebos@aol.com

The person making the booking is responsible for paying.
Payment should be made at the entrance to the car park on arrival and before any gazebos are erected, you will be given a receipt, please hang this on your gazebo as proof of payment. (One receipt per 3x3m will be provided)
Bookings will close on Sunday May 15th at 7pm, a short time later a list will be listed on bmxtalk and our facebook page of the area your gazebo will be placed.
Positions will be first come first served.
Your space will be marked out and will have your club name in it; this will be your space for the whole of the weekend.
Camping and car parking:
Camp site will open at 12 mid-day on Thursday and will cost £20 for the weekend. The campsite must be vacated by 10am on Monday morning. (those who stay over on Thursday / Sunday night do so at own risk) Camping is on the field next to the track. Toilets, showers, fresh water and waste disposal point are provided.
There is no need to book camping as there are plenty of spaces available.
Entrance to site will be manned 24 hours a day.
All campers will be provided with rubbish bags, please dispose of in allocated area.
Security will be provided overnight on Friday and Saturday. Please be vigilant.
Car parking will be located on the field next to the track and cost £6 for the weekend.
Other info:
There will be a selection of caterers provided that should keep most appetites happy.
BADBMX tuck shop will be open in the pavillion during racing.
Groove racing shop will be onsite.
I’am Famous photography will be located close to the team area and will be taking pictures of all the action for you to view/purchase.
There are local shops and take-aways in Church Elm Lane. Various banks and cash machines are at The Heathway which is a short distance from the track.
For a more varied selection of shops including fuel station Asda and Aldi are just a few minutes drive from the track and located at Merrielands Crescent, Essex RM9 6SJ, the nearerst petrol station can be found at Rainham Road South just off the roundabout.

Female 20":
6 & Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, Championship
Cruiser:
9-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45+, 17-29 female, 30+ female
Number Plates:
National Ranking. Ranking gained in 2010 if in a single age band. If moving up into a new multi- year age group, then you may need an "X" after your ranking number.
Membership Number. A rider's membership number is 6 digits long. The last 3 digits can be used
British Champion: 01 (only in the category that the title was gained)
European Champion E1-E8 (only in the category that the title was gained)
World Champion W1-W8 (only in the category that the title was gained)
UCI Career number only available to riders who have applied to UCI via BC
Using a number in the category gained includes for example, a 20" rider aged 15 winning the British title using the 01 plate in the following year as a 16 year old.
The colour of the number plates used in 2011 will be as per UCI/UEC:
Male 20" Yellow with black numbers
Junior Men: Black with white numbers
Championship female: Black with white numbers
Elite Men: White with black numbers
Female 20" Blue with white numbers
All Cruiser Red with white numbers
Event Awards:
The top 3 riders in all 20" categories for ages 12 and under will receive a trophy or souvenir plate at each round awarded via a podium presentation. The top 8 Elite Men and Championship Women and top 3 Junior Men will receive cash prizes at all rounds. Prize money will be £1,000 per round for Elite Men, £350 for Championship Women and £150 for Junior Men.
