How much is need to do a set of 12 inch tuff type wheels, They are already black but just want a darker shade. Also what type of dye is everyone using? It looks like you can get a liquid and a powder version.

2 packets of powder should be plenty, I think the liquid is ok to use but ive always used the powder so im not sure about that
