What brake pads are the best to get for alloy rims and caliper brakes?

Cheers  :daumenhoch:

Aw come on guys!

What brake pads can I use on alloy rims that will give me the best stopping power?  Everything seems to be V-Brake driven nowadays and bitd Kool Stop were the dogs doodaas but almost impossible to get anywhere.  Can you use V-Brake pads on caliper brakes and will they work well?

Hi

Normal Skyway, Vans or Kool Stop work well on alloy rims and don't seem to mark the rim.

The white Dia compe pads you get with the OS sets seem to grip like Poo to a blanket on alloy rims. Worth a go in my opinion. Ad  :daumenhoch:
