Try spraying some aerosol based grease around the seam of the freewheel, Wurth do a good one  :daumenhoch:

Most freewheels are louder when they are new (clean, and not much grease in there). They tent to get quieter when they get a bit clogged up with gloopy, greasy dust and muck.

shimano mx30's are clicky, had two brand new ones a few months ago and they were quite loud, the trick is to strip them down and rebuild them using grease, if u have never rebuilt a freewheel before try and practise with a old/unwanted one and make sure u do it over a container as the bearings will go everywhere!!!
