MRD Badlander rider
« on: April 13, 2011, 07:44 PM »
Just finished this MRD today and decided to take this one to Blackpool ramp night to see which I prefer between this and GT performer. Some pictures as it is now however I did try black tyres on but it looked abit dull. Whats your opinion? not sure whats going on with my camera but the green tyres look mega bright in the flesh  :LolLolLolLol:

I like those Oddy Whitewalls... you can't roll around on white OS tyres unless you like burning cash $$$ plus you can get some decent pressure in them  :daumenhoch: big bonus.

I guess the only other thing is some repop white Comp STs from Porkychopchop... or grey  :smitten:

ITS ALL ABOUT THE PRESSURE

I don't think you can run tyres with high pressures on Tuff wheels so an old school tyre would be perfectly adequate for a roll around on the bike as it is.

Those MRDs are sweet BTW.  :smitten:

Yep, I run tanwall Primo V-Monsters on my Tuffs and don't put any more than 50psi in them which is only about 60% of what they're rated too. Must get me some n/s tan walls to try - what can you recomend? I know Betty was running some bad-ass looking tyres on his n/s so you can get them, I'm just not down wid da kidz enough to know what they are.... ;-(
