Can i put anything on the walls of a set of tyres that are drying out? Not expecting miracles but i wanna try save these

I have heard baby oil works quite well or a quick spray of WD40

Was going to just rub moisture cream in but thought there might be something better .. baby oil could be good though .. it's gonna push the missus over the edge if she sees me moisturising me tyres

amourall gloss car cleaner is pretty good.
i used it before on some dried out walls and come out good.

baby oil may add a little bit of pliability and moisture to the tyre. but just know that most oils of this nature degrade latex/rubber via microtears. oil rots rubber.
