x2 or just hold it up in a vice and squeeze 'em in, the monkey metal bearing cup will give before the cro-moly frame, unless its trash.

X2, I've got 4 to do and don't wanna chip the paint or worse

If the frame had been powder coated that'll be the issue as thats pretty thick compared to wet paint and the cups wouldn't fit ?

Big fook off bolt and very big washers too instead the cups then tighten, was a fooker but went in eventually

When I bought my MRD Expert bitd had exactly the same prob  never did change them cups after once  kept em well greased and never needed 2, it was bad enough once when I was 13
