You lengths are right for most hubs (not sure if 186mm is better for 3x) but with Bullseye having flanges close together either use short nipples and grind off the excess or order your spokes 2mm shorter (might be more expensive)
Why oh why do I still buy kids bikes!

Cheers Plinky, gonna be an absolute bitch grinding 2mm of each or the 72 spokes eh   :crazy2:
Got some lovely chrome ashi spokes to use as well :-\ could i use some cable cutters instead??? or would that damage the thread too much???
Cheers

TBH the grindin' is more messy than hard with a decent disc in an angle grinder

If it helps, I've just managed to build 7C's with Arai8000 sealed hubs (which are dimensionally the same as your hubs I believe) with 186mm spokes 3X and short nipples and my LBS got full tension on them. 184's seem tricky to find it seems for some reason.

The wheels are on my BotM entry Team Mongoose if you want to have a look (shameless plug for votes....!)
Still limping......

I'll double check the length tonight as I have a couple of spares left over but you can see how I laced them and I'm no expert! I can build wheels but final tensioning I leave to my lbs as he only charges a fiver a wheel ;-)

Ooops, I forgot - I'll try and dive into the garage tonight and check in a bit when I've got the kids to bed!
