I assume the Server crashed and the Backup pre dates me... SHEESH.

Have bought a F&F off someone; no idea who, lost record of name, Username, Addy, Phone number, the lot!

Bugger!  :'(

You may have missed this as well after last night mate

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bike-seat-post-shim-converts-25-4-seat-post-26-8-/180577603680?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&hash=item2a0b439060

Check your sizes first though, not 100%.  Rini enterprises also do one under the misc section i think.  Only $1

would the seat shim that comes with the gorgeous elina UL do the job?

got one of those somewhere doing nothing as it fitted my frame without it

swap you for a bag of orange chips  ;D

I hope so, Griff, as I have just bought the Elina Seat, Post and Shim off Fleabay for £25 NOS.

No orange chips in my neck of the woods, although the missus found "McCains Beer Battered Oven Chips" in the Co-Op last night and they are a rather good approximation, although not quite flo-glo enough!

I was a Walsall Chip Eater (wtf is one of those?!?) 32 years ago, mate. Not really been there since I was old enough to get out!

And yes, mate, Snakepost all the way!

By the way, I know someone answered this last night before the Forums crashed and zapped everything, but what size Pedal Axles do I need for a OPC, please?

Thanks,

Clean.

Cheers, mate, but I am after some DX Style Platforms; found some Haro DX Stylers for £12 NOS so probably go with those.

Cheers, Andy..... 25 crisp crinklies winging their way to you via PayPal as I promised last night!  :uglystupid2:

Now for another Noob question..... when I was a kid we ran a fatter front tyre than rear in the early years and then most people swithced to identical size front and rear. Am I right in thinking we were running 20" x 1.75" at this point? Trying to recreate my youth to the tinyest detail!

 :D

And, for the record, everyone was right..... the spending does get kind of addictive and runaway quickly.  :LolLolLolLol:

The 1.75 is the standard size tyre.  :daumenhoch:
