had a nice bit of chill time watching the huge fish in the river!

she rode smooth as silk but for London to Brighton i need a longer seat post and a more comfortable seat!!

your gonna need to find some hills to ride up and down mate  it's gonna test your legs big time - i live half way between both and it's just up and down 

well done for doing it on a os bmx - just don't leave spike behind

already done   haven't tried them yet but bought em last year after a few rides to work and back left me feeling a bit tender of harris
hoping that combining those with my homemade seat cover will make even the elina bearable
